Restorative Training: Level 2
The second level of training will build upon the basics of Restorative Practices knowledge and competencies presented in Level 1. Additional time and training will focus on leading workplace and community circles as a consistent method to connect with one another, develop deeper knowledge and understanding of individuals, resolve conflict to improve work performance and overall happiness and satisfaction in the organization. A focus on independence with circle protocols with a gradual release model will be introduced. Participants will also learn the skill of Restorative Conversations to address issues of concerns using the restorative questions that allows for a quick resolution of conflict and inappropriate behavior in the workplace in a quick, efficient manner enabling teams and individuals to work better together.
